A "logon screen spinner" appears at each startup, how to stop it?

Don't know why, but at every starup of the user account, a command prompt screen name "logon screen spineer" appears for a sec and disappear, with a message at first row as "access is denied" and in another row as "the system cannot find the path specified"..... how to stop this logon screen spinner? Any help plz..

As answered before, you need to uninstall any program from your Windows control panel that are label "Logon Screen" Changer/Spinner or similar - also make sure to check your programs folder manually at C:\Program Files (x86)

Also download Malwarebytes Antimalware and let it run once (full scan)

Malwarebytes Antimalware and all other anti-malware/virus programs that I tested failed for this problem.

Name the following script nukeexpo.reg and then run it:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
