Why do I get a “You don’t currently have permission to access this folder” error?

This error message usually appears when you try to access a private folder created from a different user account. If you have normal privileges, you won’t be able to access the folder in question unless the owned removes the restrictions; however, if you have Administrator privileges, the warning message will still appear but you will have a “Continue” button you can click on to bypass the security settings.
