I updated my video card’s drive and now it doesn’t work, can I revert back to the original driver Windows 8 came with?

Yes you can. If you are absolutely sure that the drive you installed was the correct version yet it still doesn’t work correctly, you can revert back to the default Windows 8 driver by going to Device Manager, selecting your video card from the list and, from the Driver sub-menu, selecting the Roll Back Driver option.
