I accidentally chose Reset instead of Refresh – can I recover my data?

When you perform a Windows 8 Reset, all the data on the install partition is going to be deleted, just as if you would format the partition and reinstall Windows. However, if during the Reset process you chose the quick erase method, your data may still be recoverable by using specialized data recovery software.

It is possible to recover data from computer after reseting, but it is better for your to not save new data to your computer. And then, you can try to use Tenorshare Data Recovery which ever helped me recover data from my laptop, you can seach it on the web with the keyword of "Tenorshare Data Reocvery" ! Good luck!
